  Went in day before July 4 and they were kinda busy at the moment. I told the manager (Geary) I needed my tires rotated. They got right on it with no problem. If you’ve ever rotated tires yourself, you know it’s a job. I’ll be going back and i really appreciate their time!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Mr. Geary went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of before an important trip. Thank you! THANK YOU! Even though they had a couple customers ahead of me, he still made me feel like a priority and ensured I received outstanding service. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road and helped me make affordability an option. I truly appreciate the time and effort Mr. Geary and the team put in, and I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes Shreveport Barksdale Hwy to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

  Geary was top notch and service was quick. They got me in on the spot when I was actually planning on coming in the next day. I was just checking to see if they could take care of my issues tomorrow but they said let’s do it now. Great service.

  I came in with my husband’s loose tire and a spare that needed to be patched. The two guys(David and Geary) at the front desk were so helpful and did a good job of not making me feel dumb for all the questions I had. We couldn’t find my husband’s account in the system and they did everything they could to help me figure out the new tire size and get me out the door quick.

  I have used Mavis the past several years for tires & brakes on my personal vehicle I've been very pleased with the product quality, competitive pricing, and services Mavis provides. One of the most important reasons for my appreciation, is your employee, Marryia at the 1005 Shreveport Barksdale Hwy location in Shreveport, Louisiana. Marryia has been extremely helpful with her industry knowledge, ability and her passion to serve others. She consistently exceeds my expectations and does it with an award winning smile. I have come to trust in her judgement and her desire to see I get the product and service I need. Because of the capable and friendly service she provides, I will be bringing our entire fleet of vehicles (19) to Mavis for their regular scheduled maintenance, oil changes, brakes and tires. Marryia should be congratulated and highly valued for the stellar service she provides and is a wonderful example of someone who is helping to make a successful company, even better!
