  Just stopped by to get air in a tire. Geary was the young man that assisted me. He was such a courteous and nice young man. Very pleasant. Excellent customer service. When I need car and/or tire service I know where I'll go.

  I stopped at Mavis on Shreveport-Barksdale Hwy to get my tire plugged. That’s all I needed. Without my permission they took all the tires off my car and then told me my brakes were shot. Insisted I needed a $1400 brake job. I took the car to my regular mechanic who checked and said my brakes have 50% of their life still. Glad I didn’t listen to Mavis!

  I’ve been using Mavis for years and have never had a bad experience. They never try and upsell me and I know my car is in good care with them. Came in this particular time needing two new tires and they replaced them and did a tire rotation for free.

  Great experience at Mavis Tire for my tire rotation service. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Service was fast, pricing was fair, and my car feels much smoother after the rotation. I appreciate their honesty and customer care.

  Only a 4 star rating due to the wait but that was because I was a walk in and it wasn't that bad of a wait. I went to Mavis after leaving a Firestone location where I was told I needed a brake switch replaced. I felt it was the brake stopper only so I decided not to get the switch replaced and decided to get a 2nd opinion. Mavis was the closest brake shop so I stopped in. Within 3 hrs my brake stopper was replaced and I was on my way. The customer service and work done was exceptional. I will return and recommend them for brake and tire service.
