However this time I didn't have a place to park my car in the airport parking as I usually do due to the holidays. I feel like Enterprise should have a designated place for their members if they need to park.

I had no clue that tou need to park your own return and get the milage and bring it to the counter. You shouldn't have to do that . They blame it on the small Shreveport airport. They should hire more people. Im not paying and working

Never again will I use Enterprise. Answer to Response: Unfortunately I did contact the customer service team as you advised while I was still at the airport. They advised they would have the manager call me. He/she never called. It was an absolute waste of my time. Thank you for that. Also I looked this location up on the Better Business Bureau and noticed that you have a rating of F, not surprised.
