  It was quick and easy, got to the counter gave them my name and the usual exchanges, we got the keys and then the car and drove off. We drove back to return the car we parked it then dropped the keys off, refunded the deposit and then we were done! No fuss no worries! Thank you

  Rented a Ram 1500 crew cab In Shreveport, LA and they made it the easiest rental process I’ve ever had. I had keys in hand in under 5 minutes and checking out I barely had to stop walking to my gate. Dropped the keys in a box and was on my way. I had my final receipt in my email before I even boarded with no surprises. You won’t get a better deal on a nicer vehicle than this and you surely won’t have an easier check in or check out process.

  Even with a reservation 3 weeks in advance I am still waiting for a car along with about 30 other people. No explanation has been given from the staff,as to why such a wait time. Is this regular practice at Shreveport Regional Airport? I flew here for a reason and now I am severely late! I will be renting from somewhere else next time.

  The enterprise on Monkhouse Drive was awesome, they help me find a smaller car than the six pack Van the airport gave me, I reserved at small car I got to the airport and they tell me they only had a Van, I used it for one day then went to enterprise on Monkhouse Drive and they found me a smaller car, they let me one was on the way in do I mind waiting to let them clean and sanitize, I waited about 45 minutes and I was leaving, they were awesome, the person that helped me was Stafanie Thomas, they also gave me a ride up the street to pickup my car from the shop.
