  I want to make it clear that I have no complaint about the local branch or the employees who helped me. My disappointment is with Enterprise as a company and the way reservations are handled. I’m very disappointed with my experience with Enterprise, especially with the way reservations are handled by the company. I made my reservation 10 days in advance because I was traveling with my family and specifically needed a spacious family vehicle with enough room for our luggage. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the car I had reserved was not available, and I was given a vehicle with many seats but much less useful space for luggage. This was a family trip, so having enough room for our bags was very important to us. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle did not meet our needs, and it also used significantly more gas, which resulted in an additional expense for me. Enterprise’s advertisements emphasize how much they care about their customers and customer satisfaction. But in my case, I did not feel that my satisfaction was a priority. If a customer makes a reservation 10 days ahead of time, especially for a specific type of family vehicle, I believe Enterprise should make every reasonable effort to provide what was reserved or offer a suitable alternative that actually meets the customer’s needs. I hope Enterprise takes situations like this seriously and improves the reservation process, because customer satisfaction should be more than just something used in advertising

  Awful awful awful would not recommend to anyone. Rude people, I got dropped off to enterprise by my dealership and would not let me get a car because I didn’t have a Physical copy of my ID and just left me stranded.
