- SYShirley YoungbloodOct 6, 20262.0The van was very uncomfortable. Not enough legs space, not enough head room, not enough luggage space for 15 passenger. Very uncomfortable.

- EMErnesto “Tat-2” MunizSep 15, 20262.0We got the run around. And we now was told that we needed a credit card and that our bank card was not useful. We don’t have credit cards just bank accounts. This is our second day trying to rent a car.? Wish that they would have taken the time to explain to us how the process works.
- SGSavana GravesSep 10, 20265.0Can I just say I have no idea why this place doesn’t have 5 stars? They are seriously the sweetest. Here’s my long version.. my car was totaled by a drunk driver and when I came in I was frustrated, hurting, and mad at the world.. I did not think I’d enjoy the experience but I did. It was a holiday weekend and people were at the door before they even opened. (Not gonna lie that made me judgemental before ever even starting). Bless their hearts! They came in and took care of everyone in a timely manner. I didn’t get the names of anyone but it was about 3-4 of them and you could tell they work well together. They had their system down! A few issues came up when I was not the policy holder but the 2 gentlemen helping me worked together to get me taken care of! When I got the car it was thoroughly inspected and everything was explained to me clearly and easy to understand. Even when I returned 2 days later for insurance to take care of my rental they were just as wonderful. Same issue popped up but the sweet lady found a way to make it work for me! They reinspected the car, offered to air up the tires, and were very informative & helpful. If I ever need a rental again I’m coming here first! Kindness goes a long way but y’all did so much more than that. Thankyou guys for being a wonderful team and making a hard time a lot less stressful.
