  I will never use enterprise ever again. I was promised a pickup truck on the phone the day before. Upon arrival it was garunteed that there will be no possible way to get a pickup truck. Also, $240 for 3 days. Very sketchy employees and service. Nobody working there seemed to be on the same page as anyone else. Very sad lack of communication.

  If you decide to rent from them, take lots of pictures of your rental before you turn it in!! I rented a car from them all the way back in October/early Nov 2025 with no issues. I really only drove it to work and back, plus some shopping. When it was time, I dropped it off at night (under their covered area with lights) and the employee told me the car was all good and I went on my way. The next day they call me to inform me there is “hail damage” all over the vehicle they couldn’t see the night before. It did not hail or even rain in NW Louisiana the entire time I had the car in my possession. I didn’t take it out of town, they can check the mileage. I didn’t take photos before I dropped it off so I have no way to dispute their claims. Thankfully my insurance covers rental damage and even hail environmental damage. Great. I get set up with my insurance who says they’ll handle it. I hear nothing for months. I check in with my insurance in January and April 1 2026. Insurance says they’ve tried getting in touch with Enterprise a few times and can’t get ahold of them. Now it’s April 30th and I suddenly get an email from them about the damage, sounding as if this is their first time notifying me of the damage. Saying it’s time sensitive NOW and I owe over $3000. (They also said they’ve tried contacting me about it). No one has called or emailed me since November. Really irritating situation, I won’t be renting there again.

  Best customer service at this location. I wouldn't rent from anywhere else anymore. KJ is always professional and helpful.

  I tried to rent a car from the Longview Texas Enterprise but since my license was out of Arkansas they wouldn't accept my debit/credit card for payment...even though I've rented many cars from different states with the same card without any problems...for some reason this branch decided to be difficult..I went to Louisiana Enterprise and rented a vehicle with the same Arkansas license and the same debit/credit card that Texas wouldn't accept...
