They gave me a vehicle that has been required showing after only driving about 10 to 15 miles I Spoke with customer service and told them my issue and they put in a exchange request for the monkhouse location. Specifically ask him to give me a different location because I knew they were not going to help me and he still told me that that would be the closest location that he could give me so I show up to that location. I see a bunch of cars and people in line after me, Who are waiting to receive a vehicle. And instead of exchanging me out for another vehicle, she just tells me to call the other location And that there’s nothing that she has for me at the moment yet I see a bunch of cars in the lot that are getting prepped and ready. I have worked at Enterprise before so I know that there are available vehicle vehicles. She just did not want to give me one. The lady working the front desk was someone in her mid 30s with blonde hair and wore glasses. I did not receive her name, but I will say that that was absolute horrible service, especially to someone who has been a Loyalty member for so long. Now I’m having to recall customer service to Get another exchange request done from another location, preferably in Texas with the possibility of driving a car that has maintenance issues.
