  Service was good, availability not so good but it's a smaller location, first car got a crack in the windshield so they are charging my insurance company, second car has a slow leak in passenger rear tire, I logged in to extend my contract, called the number after hours for 30 minutes and she said I'd have to call another number to take a payment, then she told me someone will be calling me to take the payment, nobody called, they had me a week late to turn the car in and I ended up having to go to the store to handle everything, frustrating

  My low tire light came on at 6am on my way to daycare and work . I called enterprise when they opened to inform them .They commented when I get off work at 5 ,take car to Mavis. Thank God I made it to daycare to pick up baby .

  My experience was great from the beginning to the end. I love the hospitality that was shown! The process was short and easy and they really took care of me at the Shreveport Barksdale location! I will definitely be going back there! Thanks again everyone

  Would give zero stars if possible! Made a reservation two days ago, showed up to the location only to be told there were no available rentals. Called the location this morning to confirm there were vehicles available to rent. Employee (Dylan) confirmed we would have a vehicle upon arrival. We drove over an hour to the location, only to be told there were no rentals available. Enterprise is supposed to be a highly rated corporation! We have rented from them on a regular basis and this is becoming a recurring problem. This is disappointing and unacceptable. Enterprise....do better!!
