    Called and made a reservation. Gave the person all info including driver's license and credit card. Got a confirmation number. Then within a few minutes I get a call from the local office saying no cars available. I do not like that they managed to get all my personal info and wasted so much of my time. Do better Enterprise. You should have known there were no cars available.

    The worst. Filthy car, and they gave my premium full size away because I was a couple hours late. And stuck me in a dirty budget car, when I paid for full size premium, because that is what I needed. Go to HERTZ.

    Dylan at the Benton Rd. office helped me so much before actually getting my car and setting it up. Trevor was so helpful getting me in my car and through out the entire rental experience. These two guys are an asset to your company.
