  When insurance totaled my car I was not looking forward to buying a new car. I’ve never enjoyed the experience. My last two cars were great but buying them was miserable. When I picked up my rental from enterprise the girl helping me asked if I knew they sale cars too. No clue. She told me if I wanted she’d have someone reach out to me. Nate helped me through the buying process. Wasn’t there an hour. I’d already looked online at what I wanted to look at and he pulled it up for me to look at and sit in. I’ve never had an easier time buying anything let alone a car. Every person I interacted with was helpful and nice!! Definitely do this again

  We bought a car from there in August. We were told we could have a key by the manager when the vehicle was purchased. We had a positive experience when buying the car however afterward has not been the same experience. We live over an hour and a half away. The key guy is only there on Tuesdays. We have driven to Shreveport twice now to get the key programmed. The first time we were told he wasn’t there because his car wouldn’t work. The second time we came to get it done the manager acted clueless as to why we were there. We had been communicating with the salesman. There was lack of communication between the salesman and the manager. Causing us now two wasted trips to Shreveport. We have spent over 6 hours driving back and forth now trying to get this done. We communicated twice before coming today once yesterday and today. Neither time were we told we couldn’t come and get it done today. What a good way to waste our time, money, and gas.

  I went in yesterday , lol was all over the place . Greeted by Terray, put in a new car by Terray. He was very patient, helpful,&kind. Definitely recommend Terray he was an outstanding car salesman . He worked with me what I had , lol I left so much important stuff at home . He still got me in a car . Thank you so much Mr. Terray.

  We were very happy and pleased with our experience with them. Was better then I expected from quality of vehicles to sales service. Our salesman was very pleasant to work with. He listened to our wants got us done in a timely manner.

  I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep from Enterprise, and I especially want to thank Mo for making the entire process so smooth and stress-free! He was patient, professional, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. I absolutely love my Jeep and truly appreciate all of Mo’s help throughout the process. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle from Enterprise, I definitely recommend asking for Mo!
