  Visiting Shreveport from Dallas and had an emergency battery issue stopped by Autozones Greenwood Rd location and Mrs Tonya and EJ got me in and out with GREAT service and install!! Appreciate the both yall!

  Today i came to Auto Zone and needed help. Being a woman i don't know much about cars. EJ came to the rescue. I needed some jumping cable with the air pump. He show me different ones. (He didn't just tell me where to find what i needed he showed me and that mean a lot. I told him i was going to need a battery he told me when i came back he would look at my battery and see what kind and we would go from there. I arrived back and EJ did exactly what he said he was going to do. No hesitation no stalling. He let me see a cheaper version and he showed me what i already had in my vehicle. This is the type of customer service a woman needs when trying to get her vehicle fix. AutoZone you all did your BIG one hiring EJ. Great Customer Service, Great Altitude and he always had a smile on his face. I have been using AutoZone for years and i will continue to use AutoZone. Thank You EJ!!!!!!

  They had the part and were very courteous for it being right @ opening time. Not a very common part, but they had it!
