  Very fast service and professional from the first call to finished product. I originally had a mobile install scheduled but the weather had other plans. The local office was able to change my appointment to their shop around the same time and date. I was in and out in less than an hour.

  My Safelite tech was Daryl, excellent service! He took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions and then some. Professional, courtesy, and a master at his trade. If you have the chance to pick your tech to come to your house which is very convenient then please choose Daryl. Their shop is in Scott, Louisiana.

  I booked my appointment with Safelite as it was recommended by my insurance. They gave me a time window of 12 pm to 5 pm today. I had to forego a few things to accommodate the appointment. It's 5.10 pm and nobody turned up nor there was a y intimation to reschedule.

  I brought in my truck to repair a small chip in the windshield to prevent it from potentially spreading, just to be on the safe side since it’s a new vehicle. The technician told me the legal disclaimer that they can’t guarantee it won’t spread when they “put the machine on it.” He said it was “unlikely”, but they have to say it. He finishes the job and tells me you can still “see it a little bit.” A little bit? The small chip cracked and spread in both directions to more than an inch. So, I paid for the small chip to crack, expand and be worse than before. I’m sure they love replacing glass when insurance pays, but apparently their machinery is too sophisticated to fulfill the “repair” mantra in their tagline. When I asked him about it after I went back inside, he said something about them maybe using the amount I paid towards a new windshield when it gets worse. For a small repair, you’re better off finding a local shop. No one offered a refund, additional repair, or replacement following the service. I registered complaints via various avenues and only corporate called me. And like I said, the "paying party" is me.
