  I was very pleased with my whole Safelite experience. I highly recommend using Safelite & I will definitely be using them again the next time I have the unfortunate luck of getting another crack in my windshield

  Wait was not long. Vince and the working staff were pleasant and professional. Thank you. I am a senior widow and the service was great for me. Thank you for getting my Honda Ridgeline windshield replaced.

  Hands down, this was the easiest repair on my vehicle. Very easy to navigate the website tp schedule and appointment using my insurance. I am super busy all the time and last minute cancelations are a normal for me unfortunately. But when I rescheduled the day before my appointment it was NO TROUBLE at all. The technician was super great and professional. I trusted him enough to leave him there alone to finish the repair.

  The people are excellent. The tech for calibration of my Genesis did not work, requiring a trip to their shop to finish the job. I selected Safelite to have the work done at a convenient location. The failure to calibrate negated that advantage

  I am disputing the charge associated with my Safelite service because the technician failed to provide any explanation of the costs before performing the work. At no point did the technician discuss pricing, advise us of any out-of-pocket responsibility, or obtain our informed agreement to pay the amount charged. We were not informed that a balance would be due, nor were we given an opportunity to review or approve any charges before the service was completed. Had the costs been clearly disclosed, we would have been able to ask questions, verify insurance coverage, and make an informed decision regarding the service. Consumers have a reasonable expectation that material terms, including pricing and payment responsibility, will be disclosed before services are performed. The technician's failure to communicate this information deprived us of that opportunity. As a result, we believe the charge is improper and should be removed, refunded, or otherwise adjusted. We respectfully request a full review of this matter, including the technician's failure to disclose costs and obtain informed consent regarding payment responsibility before completing the work. We are devastated by the outcome!
