  I was traveling through Louisiana on a month long road trip (spreading my husband's ashes) when I noticed the AC was leaking inside my RV. I had to get it fixed as I could not be traveling without use of my AC with my 2 dogs in this heat. I stopped at several places before I was told to stop in at Billy Thibodeauxs for help. They had the parts I needed to fix the issue and got me all sealed up and fixed. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. These folks are AMAZING people for sure. You have no idea how grateful I am for the kindness and help both Phillip and Jessica showed me while here. I can't thank you enough for all you did. God Bless you both.

  Had my RV in for chassis service, replace broken shade and take care of little items like lighting over dinette, driver power window, and clearance lights not working. Chassis, shade and dinnete light work was completed well. I expected all clearance lights to be replaced while they we up there due to vast difference in apperance due to fading of originals and shouldn't have cost much more in labor? The window switch provided by Tiffin was smaller and a trim plate was included to cover the hole. The level of craftsmanship in the install was not what I would expect for $169 per hour labor rate. Console panel was cut larger than the trim plate (should have left 1/8" or more lip under trim plate) so now leaves a gap around the trim plate showing all the cuts. Actually the worst butcher job I have ever seen. Will not be back. Edit: adding to list of issues, the dash AC vent on panel removed to install window switch is not blowing any air. Hose not reattached or fell off.

  Billy Thibodaux’s Premiere RV repaired some plumbing issues that prevented my use of the internal water system. They did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. Additionally and even more importantly, helped me solve a problem over the phone the next day as my coach was experiencing some very confusing electrical issues. I’m 900 miles from home with another 1200 more to my destination and the electrical system was dead. There is no monetary value that can be placed on patient, responsive, and interactive customer service. These guys are great!!!

  My travel trailers left front axle the bearings dissolved and cause overheating and smoking so I called Good Sam's roadside and they recommended this place so I arrived here today October 4th 2021 on a Monday limping in so far everyone's been very courteous and accommodating and professional they couldn't get me right in and take care of the problem but they are allowing me to stay there and hopefully they'll be able to repair it in a day or two I'll keep you updated
