  I was traveling through Louisiana on a month long road trip (spreading my husband's ashes) when I noticed the AC was leaking inside my RV. I had to get it fixed as I could not be traveling without use of my AC with my 2 dogs in this heat. I stopped at several places before I was told to stop in at Billy Thibodeauxs for help. They had the parts I needed to fix the issue and got me all sealed up and fixed. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. These folks are AMAZING people for sure. You have no idea how grateful I am for the kindness and help both Phillip and Jessica showed me while here. I can't thank you enough for all you did. God Bless you both.

  I can not express how much I was helped and treated with much kindness when my RV needed valve stem extensions on both rear tires after driving it from PA to LA and having to buy 6 new tires and continued to have air not holding in one of my rear inside tire. Jessica went out of her way to find the extensions and when she did got me in ASAP. She was so kind and caring and the mechanic was so very kind. After the extensions were replaced it’s amazing how “ Micky Mouse” the ones that were on and the new ones Billy Thibodeaux’s replaced them with is how they should have been to begin with. I want to thank everyone for all the support and help I received and my tires are holding up great I am going to include pictures of the ones that were on and the replacements that is how they should’ve been. Thank you all for such great service and making me feel like number one

  Had my RV in for chassis service, replace broken shade and take care of little items like lighting over dinette, driver power window, and clearance lights not working. Chassis, shade and dinnete light work was completed well. I expected all clearance lights to be replaced while they we up there due to vast difference in apperance due to fading of originals and shouldn't have cost much more in labor? The window switch provided by Tiffin was smaller and a trim plate was included to cover the hole. The level of craftsmanship in the install was not what I would expect for $169 per hour labor rate. Console panel was cut larger than the trim plate (should have left 1/8" or more lip under trim plate) so now leaves a gap around the trim plate showing all the cuts. Actually the worst butcher job I have ever seen. Will not be back. Edit: adding to list of issues, the dash AC vent on panel removed to install window switch is not blowing any air. Hose not reattached or fell off.

  Had a wonderful experience when I thought all was lost.. Billy came thru and fixed my RV and also corrected a steering problem another RV dealer messed up.....Lady is great and loving.
