Just had my tire patched at Mavis in Prairieville, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Tristan was so nice and even showed me his work on the tire. Natasha at the front desk greeted me with a big smile, too! 😊 And hey, the bathroom wasn’t half bad either! 😜 Great service and friendly people—what more can you ask for?

Only giving two stars because the lady at the front desk (I think Natasha was her name) was SO SO friendly and helpful! I brought my car here because I was having shaking/vibration… I was unsure if it was a tire/alignment issue. I was told my back alignment was off, so they were going to fix this. When I paid, I asked if it was just alignment and no other tire issues and was assured my car was all fixed!
As soon as I pulled off, the shaking was worse and my alignment felt worse (car was pulling significantly toward the left). Ended up bringing my car to the dealership and this is how my tire looked. Can’t believe they let me leave like this! Waste of money even coming here.

Tara and crew are wonderful people who provide great service. I didn't feel pressured or feel I was being taken advantage of. They actually recommended not replacing a part because it did not need replacement at the time. In the auto repair world, honesty and transparency means alot. Will definitely be going back.
