They handled my situation quickly and communicated very effectively and made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I also visited them on one of business vehicles and again the service I received was great. I will definitely be coming back in the future

- RRRobin RueMay 2, 20265.0My car was hit from the side in an accident a few days ago and there is damage to a bar that holds the tire. It was WAY out of alignment and another place wouldn’t touch it for lack of software to clear the idiot warnings. I just needed it to be straightened out to drive to groceries and the pharmacy while waiting on insurance to cover repairs. The store manager said he’d give it a try and once they got it on the lift, the fellow that did the work pointed out to me the issues and warned me to still be careful driving it but that he could at least get it straight for me. I am so very thankful they had the skill and knowledge to get me back on the road and at such a reasonable price too! Not to mention the 90 day warranty, so if insurance repairs are complete before 90 days and it still wobbles, they will align it again for free! This store has my business forever after this!
- NNNoahApr 27, 20261.0Good prices on tires, which is why I’ve been here a few times. This last time, however, they majorly screwed up the alignment on my car so it pulls to the right really bad now. I took it back in to them so they could correct it because it wasn’t doing that before. I dropped it off and they called me back (suspiciously quick) and said the realignment was done, which was clearly a lie because when I drove the car again nothing had changed. Now I have to go pay full price for an alignment somewhere else to fix their mistake. Good prices, but dishonest. Not worth it.

They also rotated and balanced my tires, but it doesn’t seem like it was done correctly. Just a heads up so others can avoid the same issue.
