Bobtail taking full truck parking spots when theres bobtail parking and be careful leaving out since the Exit will shift you load due to cracked Deep potholes or road damage

- VVViticoJun 22, 20261.0Slow service. The road for trucks to exit the station it is on the worst conditions than anybody can imagine. It is a road hazard to drive on it. It seems that management doesn't care to see how unsafe it is to use that exit for trucks.
- LVLisa VercherJun 18, 20261.0The entrance we turned in says ENTRANCE ONLY. come to find out it the BIG TRUCK ENTRANCE ONLY. There's no cut through for cars. So we just took a detour and I won't be going to Pilot.
- JPJacob PitmanJun 14, 20261.0Horrible location. Trash overflowing from trash cans by pump. Restrooms are dirty. The hot food up front is old and dried up from the heat lamps. The beverage coolers are all half empty. The gas pumps are slow. Only one self checkout lane was open the other two were down. The employees were not friend at all. Seemed like the blind leading the blind at this location. I will probably pass coming back here. Loves is right down the street. Will go there next time.
