  Enterprise at the Grand Forks, North Dakota International Airport left me stranded overnight after my rental vehicle overheated due to maintenance issues. I followed all instructions given by roadside assistance, waited hours at the airport for a rental exchange that never happened, and ultimately had to spend my last $130 on a taxi back to Warren, Minnesota because no employees showed up despite posted operating hours. The experience was extremely stressful, especially being stranded out of state overnight with no transportation and missing work afterward. However, after filing a complaint, the issue was finally addressed. The Opelousas Enterprise location reached back out to me, and Dalton was very professional, understanding, and helpful in getting everything resolved. Enterprise is now refunding my taxi expense, unused rental days, and deposit. I appreciate the employees who stepped in and corrected the situation, but no customer should be left stranded overnight without communication or assistance.
