- LRLogan RichardSep 25, 20261.0I would NOT do business here! They had a vehicle for 2 weeks, that vehicle ended up needing rear brakes and rotors. This dealership refuses to change them! I got in touch with a manager, and was told that’s how the business goes sometimes. It’s very clear why they’re a small dealership, they do not do good business!! I highly recommend going to Sterling Automotive instead, they helped us more with this vehicle than Maggio did!!

If they are not sure of the response to give they would definitely state to you let me check with the department manager to make sure that they provide the correct response. I have not had a time where I've brought my vehicle in and the problem wasn't resolved. If I was not satisfied one call to my friends there and the problem was rectify. I know families have to provide for their family that's why they work but sometimes the service needed is much expensive than the part. But life must go on and people have to survive. Thanks to the wonderful people over at Maggio for making me one happy customer.
