Jeremiah and Roy are super helpful, way more thorough than Take 5.

I always come here for my oil change. The staff today was extremely friendly and explained everything in full detail.

Fantastic crew! They know their stuff, they’re funny, they're thorough and they’re fast. A delight every time and I know my car is running right.

Awful, not just terrible. No one reset my oil sensor. Called customer service, I don't know why. She only had instructions to read to me that weren't helpful. Asked if I could just go back. She sent me to another representative who told me the same thing and I still couldn't reset it. Went in to another location that was closer to where I was. Took them over 30 minutes to get it, after the customer service rep hung up on me knowing they were not able to get it. Terrible customer service experience. They offered a 50% discount for my next oil change. I told him I would not be returning. He sent me a free one. I will not bother. It was significantly more expensive than an oil change at a local independent specialty auto repair shop, and that was with a $25 coupon

If I could give this place a 0 star review, I certainly would. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. They put a battery in my car about a month ago. As I was making my way to AL last night, I got stranded in the middle of nowhere. The tow truck driver told me it was my battery. I proceeded to have my car towed there this morning and the lady told me it was my alternator. Being that Valvoline doesn’t replace alternators, I had my car towed to Firestone on Camp St. Firestone proceeded to tell me that not only had this facility put in a battery with a bad cell but they had also managed to strip my negative terminal. And yes, the alternator did need replacing as well. I went back to Valvoline hoping that there was something that could be done and the manager was unapologetic and told me that there was nothing they could do and that they don’t do refunds on batteries. I’m very understanding of company policies, but the manager was unapologetic which made this situation even more hurtful. As a single, female, stay away and go to FireStone on Camp St.
