  This particular location in Elmwood, La. is fantastic. I go here and use all of their services. The mechanics are very friendly and educated and the services don’t take long to perform. Great place to have your vehicle serviced on a lunch break. Lifetime customer.

  They were doing well for me until recently. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They were short staffed and asked me to come back for the rotation. I did, and they cross threaded a lug nut at that visit. They said to come back in a few weeks and they would change the wheel bolt out. I explained that I was driving on vacation the following week. They said it would be fine. I then went to another shop, who said it was not fine and they could change it right away. Mistakes happen, but please don't put people and their families in dangerous situations.

  Left greasy marks on and around my hood. Didn’t check tire pressures/air up tires. Now I need to go get a car wash. I needed one before to be fair but I do not want grease on my clear coat. The oil change went smoothly otherwise.
