They were very courteous and efficient. They gave clear explanations of all their recommendations, and did not pressure me at all when I declined.

Had a great experience at Valvoline! The staff was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. The oil change was quick and convenient, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location!

I had an excellent experience at the Valvoline on Veterans! I originally went to the Valvoline on St. Charles, where a plate was not secured correctly. Thankfully, Kyle, the manager at the Veterans location, was able to see me, fix the issue, and make sure everything was properly secured. I really appreciate Kyle and his team taking the time to help me and provide such great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Tre did an excellent job of going through all of the sales opportunities that were available as well as giving guidance to Trevon the new employee discussing how to do the checkout and in what order and what he needs to do in order to perform this best. I work at Ford dealership in St. Louis and I recognize quality when I see it

Tre was extremely helpful during my visit, empathetic to my car needs and did not push for more services than what were needed. AJ and Brandon were working with him and also very great customer service. During these trying times with our economy, it’s refreshing to go somewhere that understands your safety is a priority and works with you as well. Thank you.
