  AJ, Ro, and Brandon were very professional and did a wonderful job explaining everything. It was quick and they explained everything as they moved along. I definitely recommend this shop for a quick oil change.

  This location if fast and efficient. AJ explained everything that they had to offer for my Volvo without high or a hard pressure sales tactics. I had them do a European oil change and rotate the tires on my car. All team members were pleasant and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I will definitely be back for additional services and oil changes as needed.

  This is the only place I go to for my oil changes due to the fast, outstanding service; however, I was dismayed when I went in for service this morning and was met with such disregard and disrespect toward myself and the service I received. The technician Ibrahim was totally checked out mentally. Items were checked off as checked that I actually had to request that he actually attend to and check. I was handed my sticker to affix to my own windshield and told to have a nice day which was a gross insult. No paperwork was handed to me after service, I actually had to request it, and when I did, was told it was emailed, of which only took place hours after service. No tire pressure check. Lied on paperwork that it was checked. Only checked after I had to request it. No automatic reset of engine light, had to request it. This guy was so nonchalant, he barely spoke, and was adamant about not doing his job and did not care. There is no way this technician should be representing this Company. This is the worst service I ever received in my entire existence. Shame on you Vavoline for having someone as such provide such an important service to your customers in this matter.

  Went in for a regular routine oil change today. Raheem actually took the time to walk me through everything and explain what was going on, which I appreciated. He, David & Brandon handled everything and made the whole thing super quick. Solid team!

  Got a full-service oil change and filter replacement done by Ibrahim, Shawn, and AJ. All of them were extremely kind and helpful (even gave me a water bottle since it was so hot outside)! They did a great job, the process was super straightforward, and will definitely be coming back!
