  I called this particular location yesterday and spoke to a assistant manager "KC" I told him my situation and I then asked what time he comes to work he told me 10am I asked should I make an appointment he responded no so I get there this morning he's not there neither the mechanic that was needed for my car the manager said the mechanic comes at 11:30 so I left and came back I get back after waisting an hour and a half he takes my car out it on the rack after 30 minutes he comes to me about new tires and struts I declined I said hey its a daily driver I'll get that later through you guys because I'm a regular...well ten minutes pass they drop my car I asked KC am I finished he replies yes I said ok...he says oh we're not going to do it the manager said if you're not buying the tires and all she said not to work on your car....I left and went to a mom and pop shop who looked at my car and told me I didn't need none of this to perform a wheel alignment...this particular manager I've been knowing for at least 5 years of getting service done on my vehicles...I called corporate and told them how I was handled as a regular customer...this particular manager and staff never have to worry again about me coming to that location or doing business with them...I'm buying the tires and everything else from the other shop next week....so thanks to her poor customer service someone else is getting the business it's sad and sickening what she done it's poor judgement and quiet disturbing to me what she done to me

  I can't say enough about how professional and kind the team at the Mavis tires at 7300 Washington Ave. is. I was really in a bind and Cristiana and KC and Moe really took care of me and understood the urgency with my repair. I would highly recommend this location to anybody!

  This is a good place for good customer service. I made an appointment, I was greeted multiple times by the staff upon arrival. Was treated nice during check-in by both front end staff. Clean lobby and relaxing wait area with free wifi (thanks). I was given a good evaluation on the issue with my vehicle. I was asked to drop-off but I chose to wait (because it took a few hours because parts had to be ordered). I am satisfied with the work they did. I was thanked for waiting and being patient. I thanked them for taking me in at the last minute. Very honest with you...did not expect this kind of day. I am glad I chose Mavis. No "B.S", just professional service.

  These guys are incredible. So friendly and professional every time, and prices are good. I came in with a flat tire on a really tight timeline and they made it happen in just over an hour so I could get back to work on time. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to go here for any car repairs/maintenance!

  Service here was way too slow. I had an appointment for 11oclock to get 4 new tires. That’s it, no alignment or anything additional. There was only 1 car in the shop when I arrived. I was told it would take an hour to a hour and half at most, but it would most definitely be done by 12:30. Instead i did not leave until 12:45. It should not take this long for 4 tires, especially when you can see the workers who are working on your car and the guy is out there goofing off and taking entirely too long. The only reason it got finished when it did was because I started asking questions and complaining about the time when 12:30 was approaching. Not happy with the service and how long this took when there was no reason for the delay.
