  I had a great experience with this auto shop. The customer service was outstanding—the staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done without any pressure. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. Most importantly, the work on my vehicle was done efficiently and correctly, and I felt confident driving my car after the repairs. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future automotive needs.   I recently visited the Goodyear location in New Orleans East to have the tires on my Jeep Wrangler balanced and rotated. My tires are only two years old, all-terrain, and still have good tread.. Unfortunately, the service I received was very disappointing. The technician at the desk, Alex, firmly told me that Goodyear would not be able to service my Jeep and insisted that I needed to purchase two brand new tires. I even asked if they could simply rotate the tires, but that request was refused as well. As a female customer, the interaction left me feeling as though I was being pushed to purchase new tires unnecessarily rather than being helped with the service I requested. Because of this experience, I had to visit another Goodyear location for assistance. I hope Goodyear reviews this situation so that customers are treated fairly and provided the service they come in for.

  The associates sold me a bad tire that doesn’t retain air. I wouldn’t recommend their services at all.

  Went in to get a tire put on my rim. Brand new tire also. They ended up putting it on but took them about an hour and they damaged my rim in the process. I watched them fight with it, didn't use the right tools or procedures either. The guy wasn't even gonna tell me he scratched it up and they were some deep scratches on my chrome that can't be fixed. Also told me rim had a leak from the inside of rim that the tire goes over which would only had came from the prying at it the wrong way. When I tried to examine it seemed like guy was trying to cover up that they possibly damaged tire also by continuing to put it on so I wouldn't notice. Manager did try to offer a settlement fee but completely under priced. Customer service there is poor and I don't recommend anyone going. If you care about your wheels go elsewhere!!
