- DNDavid NguyenOct 4, 20261.0Enterprise team booked us in for a car on Oct 3 for October 4 and guaranteed us that we would get a Nissan rogue 2025. Rideshared to pick up car first thing in the morning, but we're told there's zero cars in stock. We watched as several other reservations were served cars while ours was considered invalid. Staff told us the enterprise app/phone booking team have zero clue what is actually in stock for the branch locations, yet continue to book unsuspecting travellers..only to disappoint us for the third time. It's the last time for us
- KTKim TaOct 4, 20261.0This is the worse rental experience in my life. They confirm reservation and when we arrive there is no car. We’ve been waiting and they do not own to their own mistake. This company is dishonest and has poor customer service. Beware.
- ASamber savalaOct 2, 20265.0I’ve recently become a regular at this spot while my car is in the shop. I’ve rented cars from all over this city and this is my favorite. The customer service is top tier. Everyone there is helpful, kind and greats you with a smile.

I can't thank TREVOR enough for his level of customer service and his willingness to help an Enterprise customer that hadn't done business with him. He went out of his way to stop, listen, help, and follow up on a problem he didn't create. Thank you to Trevor for being the person to help me fix a problem that had been going on for days.
