    The staff was exceptional super kind friendly upon dropping off my rental coming from Georgia for a cruise. A week later Montell was ready to tackle the line outside before 8am waiting to rent vehicles for a few passengers returning from the cruise. All of us ready to head back to our homes. Montell and one other assistant made sure we were processed quickly. Made sure my family and the other families were satisfied with the choice of vehicles available. Although a native of New Orleans the Barrone location was perfect close to my hotel Hampton Inn convention center and to the Carnival cruise port is an absolute convenience. Thanks Montell and Enterprise.

    I went to enterprise to get a car after a very long trip and it was ment to come to us at the dock at nine. But we had to take a shuttle bus to the building instead and still didn't get our car until after eleven. When we called and asked where our car was at 9:30 we were told they didn't have any available cars, even thoughwe had scheduled this car a week prior.

    Made a reservation a week in advance. Got called at 6pm the day before saying they didn’t have any cars. Can still go online right now and make a reservation even tho there is no inventory. Bad practice. Don’t waste your time.
