    This location rented us a car without telling us they would be closed on the return date. This resulted in us needing to return the vehicle to the airport, incurring an $86 return fee AND a $50 Uber ride to get back to our hotel location. The reservation was made over the phone and was then again reiterated in person at the local branch with the correct dates. The written agreement was not sent to us until we drove off the lot. We spoke to Enterprise three times with no success on correcting the error. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, leading to unforeseen expenses and a lot of stress on our trip. Be warned!

    I would very much like to thank Mark and Marcus for their customer service and support, as they both made the beginning and end of our road trip such a success 🙌🏽 We have been shopping the Baronne Street location for at least 10 years or more and the office & other staff members that have served us over time, have always been clean, quick and enjoyable.
