- PPPeter Webb, PhD5 days ago2.0Excellent customer service, but the renewal rate on my rental per 24-hour period kept changing and I never got a satisfactory explanation. Also, they just instituted a $75 fee to return your rental to a different location, which is grossly unfair

It was my first time ever renting a car my husband and I was all over from driving from enterprise to enterprise . They was very patient , helpful, resourceful and respectful. They really made my experience better. I didn’t get a picture of that car but it was a nice hybrid Elantra! Their service was so good I return my car and booked for my next trip in a week! Highly recommended 100/100! Keep up the good work
