  Keni and Gaynell were great help when I came to check on the charge of my current battery. They gave me a great recommendation on a new choice to get my car back running in tip top shape. Thanks to them for being great help!

  From upon arrival to the time I left, this team of workers at this location were so nice and helpful! In and out service as well. I don’t live in the uptown area, but I’m gonna start coming to THIS exact auto zone when need be.

  I went in to get a read for my engine light. The woman I spoke to at the counter rolled her eyes when I asked for this and told me to go outside and start my car. By the time she came out, it was lightly drizzling and she said, “If I would’ve know it was raining I wouldn’t have come out here.” I offered her an umbrella that I could hold for her. She said, “Do you plan on paying my insurance if I get sick?” After a pretty bad day I already had at work, I asked her to stop and let me leave. She stood in front of my door and insisted she continue the read while still saying, “But if I get sick, it’s your fault.” I had to step into my car and sit down for her to back off and let me leave. I am sorry for the bad day she was having, but it had nothing to do with me asking for an engine read. I will not be coming here again.

  Had to bike there today because I couldn’t drive my car because it had no brake fluid. Was told I could not bring my bike into the store even though there was no place to lock it up outside. Great if that is your policy but then provide a place to secure your bike while shopping.
