  I scheduled my rental the day before I needed to pick it up. It was ready, clean & ran well. I was able to extend my days rental through email &/or texts. Very easy to use. Colby & Bishop were very personable & nice.

  The fact that you have a reservation and cannot get a car. They lie saying they have cars but can't find the keys, or the car is somewhere else. The staff is small for such a busy place. The staff is also rude. This is the worst rental car business I have ever been too. We go here a lot for reservations for my husband job and they never have a car for his reservation. We always have to go back. This a horrible way to do business.
