  Bought a 2019 Ford Expedition, dealer hid cam phaser issues by having the truck warmed up upon my arrival. They claim it “slipped through” and they weren’t aware of the issue, but cam phaser problems are a very known and easy to diagnose issue on the ford eco boost engines. They definitely knew about it when they appraised this car and hid it during the sale by having the truck warmed up on my arrival, and my salesman Lorraine used the key to start the vehicle before we walked out to test drive. I didn’t bother to double check considering this is supposed to be a reputable ford dealer, but nevertheless they are using shady used auto dealer tactics. I have about 5k in repairs ahead of me. Would give 0 stars if possible.

  I’m sitting here waiting to leave in my new Ford Bronco. This has been the easiest car purchase I’ve made in a while. They worked with me and got my payment where I needed it to be. They gave me a great price on my trade in also! I won’t hesitate coming here again when I’m ready for another vehicle. Thank you , Scott and Nick

  Lorraine Heacock was very understanding with our needs looking for a newer truck. She went above and beyond on helping us looking for different trucks for our options. Once we found the truck we liked, she took her time explaining. She was very polite, treated me and my wife completely and comfortable while the process was going on. Made us feel like family. Also explained how the process went. Once we were approved, we came back next day to pick up our 2022 Ford F150 Lariat, she went over everything with us about the truck once again since everything was so over whelimg explaining how everything works. Took her time. In our books she did an amazing and awesome job. We definitely will be telling our friends and family about Lorraine Heacock and your great team at Arceneaux Ford in New Iberia, La. Very happy to belong to the ford family. Now my wife has a 2017 Ford Explorer and i have a 2022 Ford F150 Lariat. Very happy family Chris and Tameca Sandoz
