- HLHeather LaFleurJan 4, 20201.0Went to them years ago, asked them for a price on something. They said id have to bring it in to get a price, never mentioned it would cost me to get a price. So as a young mom I walked in with 2 toddlers, and was surprised with a $100+ invoice when I just asked for a price.... But that wasnt the worst part. When I said no, I wasnt informed of that, he snatched the fuel pump out of my hand! And he started berating me in front of everyone. Yelling about all the work he did (which nobody asked him to do! I was told I was getting an estimate). He went on and on about "have you ever ran a $2 million business?? I dont think so! You never could have afforded to fix this anyway!!" Its been years and ill never forget that.
