- TBTed BaranowskiAug 4, 20263.0The car i rented was dirty on the outside. The inside wes mot vacuumed. Inside had a smell, not present. I rented from Enterprise in Shreveport. There was very clean and had a fresh clean smell. Someone needs to make some changes at the Enterprise in Natchitoches. .
- TRTrey RachalJul 10, 20261.0Rented a car for today over a week ago. Show up today and was told they didn't have one available. They said some were supposed to come back this evening. I asked could I come back first thing in the morning and get one and was pretty much told no, to try back monday or tuesday. Worst service of any rental car place I've ever used. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this place. If only Hertz was still in town. Edit- It won't let me reply to your comment. Just call your customer service. They have my information. I called them 3 times today and they didn't help anytbing either.

- MCMarquis CarheelJun 12, 20261.0It was terrible first they had us in the wrong car too small no one never answers the phone they never have any cars the car was driving bad that I did get couldn't use the car for 2 days cause it wouldn't crank it was the whole headache even from getting the paperwork getting started to rent the car was a hassle I think I deserve a week free rental all the stuff that they put me through
