  Everything was perfect for me, coming and going and my family enjoyed the vehicle I rented. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.

  Good luck getting a car at this location. They seriously need to invest in expanding their fleet. I had a weekend trip planned, and I've been having some issues with my car. I decided I needed something more reliable, so I reserved a rental from here. I arrived at my scheduled time to pick the car up and looking at the lot and going on past experience, I already knew they didn't have it. I went in, and they took all my information. They told me they were expecting a few in today, and they'd call me when they had one. The day is now over. No car. I leave town before they open in the morning. This is not the first time we've had this issue here. A little over a year ago, my wife's car was involved in an accident. Enterprise was the only rental company our insurance would work with. Same story. They'd have a car coming later today, and they'd call us. The next day, it was, "we'll have one Monday." This went on for weeks. Every time we called, they never had a car for us, but they promised they'd get one soon and call us. We finally just gave up. I have another trip scheduled in July that I'll need a car for. I'm not bothering with Enterprise.

  Was sent to this location because another location was credit card only. They charged $120 more than our RESERVATION! Then tried to give us a dirty car. I don't know that I have ever had a good experience with Enterprise. We drove 30 minutes out of the way because of bad experiences in our closet location. Hope i never have to deal with this horrible company again.

  I had an amazing experience at Enterprise on North 18th Street in Monroe. The entire team was top-notch but Mr. Jeffery friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Every customer who walked through the door was greeted and assisted within minutes, and the staff made everyone feel welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find customer service this exceptional these days, but this team truly goes above and beyond. Thank you all for your patience, positive attitudes, and dedication to helping your customers. You made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Keep up the outstanding work! You are some of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered! 🫂🫶🏽

  The location on 18th street in Monroe, La did an outstanding job. They were courteous and professional. I was genuinely impressed. The rental was clean and in excellent working order. The representative demonstrated how to use the features I was interested in as well as a few other luxury features which I enjoyed. My return was easy peasy. Very good experience!
