  Reserved online nearly 2 weeks in advance and car was ready on time which has not always been the case. Was very happy with the vehicle. Deposit was refunded in 48 hours.

  Highly do not recommend! Told me my insurance did not authorize coverage for any more days and that I would have to pay a $300 deposit to extend my days. I then called my insurance to verify and realized this information was inaccurate. I only had the car 5 days and my insurance had me authorized for 10 and I actually could have got it extended without that deposit because insurance covers up to 30 days.

  Don't do it I had to wait a whole hour for a dirty car I had to sit and watch other people pick their cars up all nice and shiny and that gave me some last minute mess please don't rent from them

  It USED to be a time when Enterprise Rental was the elite of rental car places. It USED to mean service, timeliness, fairness and care. Booking with Enterprise USED to mean something, it USED to mean quality. I have lost all faith in Enterprise rental. My son is facing an aggressive bone cancer, and I booked with them on Sunday to pick up a rental on Thursday. Now I will say this we were running a bit behind but did call to make them aware and they said it was fine. When we arrived at Enterprise they informed us that they had no vehicles. I could not understand or comprehend that when we checked in on the message they sent, and the rental was booked in advance. We didn't recieve a courtesy call or anything. The guy we talked to lacked empathy, care, or concern for our situation. When I pressed for answers he stated we were just spinning our wheels here. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened. The 1st time I let it go and didn't write a review, but now here we are again. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone, they have very poor service and the employees lack proper training, empathy, and inventory management. If you're facing a serious situation do not book with Enterprise because they have shown me twice that they will let you down AND NOT CARE ANYTHING about it. Entrust your care rental needs to a company who actually is concerned, has a good level of care, and actually appreciates the business they get from their customers.
