The staff at the Monroe airport were outstanding! The absolute nicest and accommodating staff I have ever met at a car rental place. They had an extremely long line and everyone was greeted and served as if they were the only ones on line.

They didn't have the car I reserved a Toyota Corolla. The only thing they had were SUV's, I ended up with a chevy SUV, I don't like driving big vehicles plus it was a gas guzzler. The gas tank wasn't full it had at least 1/4 of the tank used. When I went to get the car and saw the pre-pay fuel price it was $3.68 If they fill it price it was $6.39. I said I would prepay and she said it was $51.00 I said how many gallons does it take she said maybe 8 gal. So they were going to charge me the fill up price instead of the prepay price. So I chose to fill it up my self. Furthermore since they didn't have the car I wanted and they gave me a boat/gas guzzler it probably would have been more. On the turn in they should have a handicap lane that could be closer to the entrance to get the shuttle. I had to carry all the bags while pushing my father in a wheel chair, until I got to where I could rent a cart for $7 to get to the shuttle. That was a waste of money because I didn't even get to use the cart at the air port because it had to be left at the shuttle. They did give me some credit for the fuel deficiency but who knows if it was the correct amount compared to what I paid. Either way beware of the up sales and charges. There is no guarantee you will get the car you reserved, they will over charge you if prepay, or have them fill the vehicle, they offer no assistance for handicapped, they don't know about the vehicle you are renting.

Staff at New Orleans (MSY) were very nice and helpful. Specifically Nadene (?) at the counter and Allen at the Emerald Isle. They should be recognized for their efforts.
