Brought my car which had 73k miles on it in as I thought CV axles were going out. Was told by Car Town that CVS did did not need to be replaced but that my analog brake system was going out period spent 1,200 on that. The sound persisted so I brought it in again. This was 2 months later and then they told me that my CV joints did need to be changed period spend 1,400 on that and whatever else they found wrong with it I think they said it was a leaky exhaust manifold. Got the car back sound is still occurring. Took it to a different shop CVS were installed improperly and knuckle is broken. Call ask where they bought the part from and they told me that they would do a free diagnostic on it. I Wonder What racket or fake thing they would come up with this time? So the fix is $400 and I've spent over 4,000 with Car Town and they never did their job not one time

Horrible..last June we got my mother financed through them with me as a co signer it was a 2015 Chevy trax I wasn’t ok with co signing but the manager assured me in 6 months I could get my named removed well he lied!! The car has to be at least a 2017 and not to mention the car had an oil leak and the air just recently went out in it..keep in mind this car is my mother’s car so it’s barely driven and YES we have gap insurance it was a customer before us that was extremely upset and told us not to buy here but we didn’t listen..we needed a car quickly to suit her grocery and doctors visit. I do not recommend buying from this lot..please save your money or go spend it elsewhere. I don’t remember the guys name but he was a heavy set Caucasian guy with black hair..his office is pointing directly to the door as u enter the building.

My husband and I came in on 3/13/23 looking for him a truck. Will was an amazing salesman and Mr. Mike was a great finance manager. It did not take no time for them to assist my husband and find him the truck that he wanted. I highly recommend Cartown for all of your automobile needs. They made sure that my husband was taken care of from the time that we pulled onto the lot and until we got ready to pull off the parking lot.
