  I recently visited the Take 5 Car Wash location in Metairie near Lakeside Mall, and I wanted to recognize Darrell for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. Darrell took the time to explain the available services, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes customers feel valued. Darrell is a tremendous asset to the Metairie Take 5 team, and his outstanding service is a big reason why I’ll continue to return. Thank you, Darrell, for making my visit such a pleasant experience!

  Never been here before so I decided to try it out. They let me try the wash my first time for free. Wash was great and smelled like cherries! Plus the vacuum area is really wide for cars. Also…the girl helping me was so sweet!

  I had a great experience with Take 5-- I got the pro wash and the outside of my car was super clean and not streaky at all. Both the vacuums and the compressed air are powerful and I was able to easily clean the inside of my car with them. However, the highlight was definitely the staff! The young woman at the front was incredibly welcoming and helpful; she is a great representative and made my day!
