  First, I wanna say my experience this past week at speedee has been amazing. When arriving at the shop, I was just leaving Valvoline from getting an oil change and usually I always go to Speedee but I was being lazy. As soon as I drove off from Valvoline my car was making a horrible noise that it never made before. Valvoline acted clueless and i immediately was panicking. I went straight to speedee and held my tears in as much as possible to ask for help. Savanna WAS A SAINT! She calmed me down because I had tears coming down my face while talking (I have bad ptsd from car places and them taking advantage of me) and asked me to go into detail on what happened. I did that and she immediately said her mechanic ALEX who was also AMAZING, to drive my car to hear the noise. He did that, I sat inside and Savanna checked on me several times. In the midst of that I witnessed Savanna interact with other customers and some of the customers can be rude, but I was watching her navigate through all of them and being so patient, so kind and so professional. Once the lobby cleared out, I told her personally you have patience of a saint because some of these people, were not the nicest, but she continue to explain that she takes pride in her work and you can tell. Once Alex finished looking at my Jeep, Alex came out and showed me what the problem was. He went into full detail where I could understand what was going on. After that, Savanna discussed with me pricing and I felt defeated because I knew I couldn’t afford what was being shown to me. But again Savanna Came up with another resolution and showed me the option of getting a credit to pay the amount back. I finally felt like not only was my car being taken care of. I was able to pay for the things that need to be fixed and leave out with a calm and secure mind. Words cannot express how much Alex and Savannah helped me mentally. I’m one of those people that have to figure out everything alone because I’m always alone and some days, I just don’t have the answers but when pulling up to the shop and Savanna approaching me helping me and just being a kind person was all I could ever ask for. I just wanna say thank you again to Savannah and Alex for taking the extra step for a customer and not making the customer feel like a burden but to make the customer feel like you wanted to help. It’s so hard these days to find good customer service and people who take pride in their service! I wish Speedee would give them both a great raise!!!! Moving forward, I will no longer go to any other shop besides speedee!
