  I reached out to several of the corporate customer support emails. Not one response. But they are worried about this honest review being here. I've now sent an email to the social email address that responded here. We will see if there is a response. Horrible communication. They have been "looking" at my car since first thing Friday morning. Its monday. I brought it in to get the a/c fixed. ive never heard of a place taking 3-4 days to "look at" a broken a/c. I will be picking up my vehicle and getting it repaired somewhere else! THE MANAGER JUST CALLED ME AND LET ME KNOW THEY CANT PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO MECHANICS. THEY HAD THEM TO TAKE THE CAR APART. BUT NOW THAT I NO LONGER WANT MY CAR SERVICED THERE, THEY HAVE NO ONE TO PUT THE CAR TOGETHER. HOW IS A MECHANIC SHOP OPEN WITH NO MECHANICS? THE MANAGER KEITH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SCREAMED AT ME OVER THE PHONE. I HAD TO HANG UP BECAUSE I DONT DESERVE TO BE SCREAMED AT WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES BEING SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

  So far oil change is fine but as they check your vehicle out he came to me saying … I have bad news!! Your left tire rod is about to fall off and other side is needing but not as bad! If we do it it’s $600!! I said I will talk to me mechanic about it. I only have 48,000 miles on my car but I m aware things can happen! I then googled symptoms and I had 0! I told him how strange it was that I had no symptoms and he said well u will soon! I just had my mechanic look and both sides are perfectly fine!! Sad that he could have suckered someone into thinking they really needed help and right away too!! Also the check list he checked off saying he did, he didn’t go at least some things bc mg windshield was still dirty and never checked a/c filter. Not that I needed him to but don’t lie about it! Along with the major lie he gave me! This is usual place I go but will be changing!

  I always have my oil changed @ this location. I get great service, and I feel they don't try to tell me I need services that I truly don't need.
