That is frustrating enough, but to have such a terrible first experience with service at Bergeron Volvo was the last straw. We already knew we would never purchase another Volvo, but at least we were treated with respect at the dealership/service department in Little Rock. This car was purchased for our special needs child but we drive it as a rag around car because we don't have any confidence in it. Cole was so nonchalant and couldn't care less about the inconvenience he caused us today. We scheduled our appointment and they said they didn't handle loaner cars, that we would have to deal directly with the location, which was just another step we had to take, but we did. When we arrived, they had no record of a loaner car. We went through a lot to get all the way to them for our appointment and to be treated with such disregard on top of their failure to follow through with their promise is completely unacceptable. The Volvo experience of the past is not what you will experience today. At. All. Zero effort was made to right the wrong (such as offering to drop us at lunch until the vehicle was ready). Instead, Cole acted as though we made up the loaner car we were promised. We changed our original appointment solely because this was the first day they had a loaner!
