Getting a loaner while your car is being serviced is nearly impossible—even when you bought the vehicle new from them (which also had its issues) and now the “courtesy shuttle” has limitations on where they’re willing to bring you. So if you live in New Orleans (East) — Good Luck! They have yet to honor any of my warranty packages, often citing “loopholes” or blaming customer negligence, leaving you stuck paying full price for repairs. Even basic courtesies like a car wash are rarely done—there’s always an excuse. Too bad the next nearest is in BR! Might actually be worth the drive!
