  Had a quick and easy experience at Auto Zone this morning. My car was stuttering when I started it and thought maybe there was a battery issue. My car was promptly checked out and diagnosed as the battery being faulty. Lionel D and Precious W were extremely helpful, patient, and personable. I would definitely recommend this Auto Zone to anyone.

  Lionel D. And Precious W. have been the most helpful people in the Autozone industry I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Customer care is a 10/10, attitude 10/10, knowledge 10/10. My only problem today is ai can’t rate them higher than a 5/5 cause id give them a 100/100. Thank yall so much.

  I visited this AutoZone location on June 11 at approximately 9:30 a.m. to purchase a dent removal tool. The young man who assisted me advised that I could return the item if it did not work or was not the correct fit for my needs. The device was not a match, so I returned it and selected a larger one instead. During the transaction, an older Black woman with a small pulled-back mini ponytail and outlandish pink nails interjected and stated, “If you purchase that, you won’t be able to return it. It’s not our policy for y’all to try out items and return them if they don’t work.” I informed her that AutoZone’s return policy allows returns within 90 days and explained that the item was simply not the correct fit. I also told her she doesn’t own AutoZone. The interaction was unnecessary and unprofessional. To de-escalate the situation, I chose not to continue the discussion and instead returned the item at another AutoZone location, where the return was processed without any issues.

  Both representatives were outstanding employees, Lionel and Precious both help me to get the right parts that I needed to repair my vehicle. Both are 5 star employees.
