  Kerri -I pray I’m spelling your name correctly! 😊 I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerri at Enterprise. He was beyond phenomenal patient, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and highly skilled. His knowledge went beyond just rentals; he was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to vehicle sales. Kerri treated both me and my mother, Anita Sullivan, with kindness, patience, and respect throughout our entire experience. That type of customer service is something I truly appreciate and value. Kerri representsa a professional, value-plus standard of customer service that every company should strive for. He genuinely cares about the people he is helping, and it shows in the way he does his job. If you are looking to do business with Enterprise, I highly recommend this location and asking for Kerri!He is absolutely phenomenal at what he does.   I rent lots of cars and use Enterprise as much as I can. I especially love to use the Marksville location. It’s convenient and so easy every single time. There is a reason. The manager Kerry is probably the best customer service person I’ve ever dealt with anywhere, without knowing each other beforehand. He is a true professional. I am a loyal customer of 40 years and this is my all time favorite location and all time favorite employee. The only time I don’t go there is when Sterx Road in Alexandria is drastically cheaper. They do fluctuate and I do check them too.

  This was without a doubt the WORST experience I've ever had renting a car. No one is ever in the office to answer phones or deal with customers when they arrive. When I went to pick up my rental and drop it off, I had to go back several times and wait for extended periods for someone to show. You can't make sure someone will be there cuz they don't answer the phone. It's impossible. I will NOT rent a car from this place EVER again. Absolutely ridiculous!
