  Extremely frustrating experience—I specifically confirmed before booking that a manufacturer/OEM windshield would be ordered, but after driving to Slidell, dropping off my car, leaving, and spending money on Ubers and babysitting, I was told they had ordered an aftermarket windshield that didn’t fit my vehicle. Now I’m being told they can’t get the correct windshield at all, meaning this appointment never should have been scheduled and my time and money were completely wasted.

  Michael with Safelite was great. He took great care of my son's truck after it was broken into. I didn't have a chance to clean up all the glass and was actually nervous to do so because I'm on blood thinners. He cleaned it all up. He really did a great job replacing both the front and rear windshield and was so nice. My driveway was spotless after the replacement. Thank you Michael. I appreciated your help so much.

  I had an excellent experience with Safelite, and especially with my technician, Dorian! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He did an amazing job replacing my windshield and was very careful with my vehicle throughout the entire process. Dorian provided exceptional customer service from start to finish, and it’s clear that he takes pride in his work. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free he made the entire experience. Safelite is lucky to have someone like Dorian on their team! Highly recommend!

  Kudos to the new manager at the Mandeville, LA service center. After taking the previous day off work to wait at home for the service tech who didn’t show up, I decided to go into the service center. Even though I had to wait an additional day for installation, the manager was very apologetic and went beyond the call of duty to actually manage scheduling to offer me the earliest installation. It’s good to know in our current environment of automation, AI, and lackluster employee performance standards…this manager put customer service first and in doing so earned this exceptional review. Thank you!
