  I had 4 tires and front brakes done. When I went to work, my car was pulling to the right and had a vibration. I brought it back and they said the tires were fine and come back in the morning. I went back 1st thing. I asked about my brakes to make sure nothing was going on there, asked questions about my tires, etc. After a few drives and alignments, I was told that my thrust angle is why it's vibrating and only Honda can do that part of an alignment. I went to Honda afterwards where it was put on a lift and driven. Yes, everything with the tires was fine. Yes, all the parts of the brakes were fine. They did find that 1. The car was still not in 100% alignment but thankfully not enough to warrant Honda doing it again and 2. They did not use brake cleaner to remove the oily film off the flat surfaces of the rotars that all new brakes come with. They took my car on the highway and side roads working the brakes and could smell it. Now my car is fine. The people at Mavis were very nice and spent hours working on my car, but it's aggravating to pay for an alignment that even after doing it multiple times, was still incorrect and couldn't even be fully done because Honda has to do part of it and that everyone kept telling me the brakes were fine and couldn't be the source of the vibration when others visually saw the problem right away. It's aggravating to fight to have my car driven on more than a parking lot but someone else took my car onto the interstate and back around main roads and back roads working the brakes. Again very nice people, but when you find out it was a simple thing of an oily film left on the rotors was the main source of the problem and could have been handled from the start without spending another $100 at Mavis and $40 at Honda, it's upsetting.

  Outstanding customer service from Oliver! I came into Mavis to get my car serviced, and Oliver was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when getting your vehicle serviced can sometimes feel stressful. Oliver went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Mavis definitely has an asset in Oliver! I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location. 👏🏾🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went to Mavis's today to get a tire fixed. Oliver's team was great, had me fixed and on my way. Looked at the tires avaliable, ( but didn't need any) has a large selection with good prices. Thanks again.

  BEWARE! 🚨 If your vehicle has staggered tires, stay FAR, FAR away from Mavis Tire—especially the Luling, Louisiana, location. After my experience, I would not trust them with my own tires. Their service was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tire shop. They failed to pay attention to the different tire sizes and made two major installation errors in a row. First, they mounted my 275/35R19 tire on the 255/35R19 wheel, and vice versa. I caught the mistake—not them. After I brought the first error to their attention, you would think they would have carefully double-checked everything. Unfortunately, they made another mistake and mounted the 275/35R19 tires on the front axle and the 255/35R19 tires on the rear axle, completely reversing the proper staggered setup. That’s two serious errors back-to-back. To make matters worse, I spent FOUR HOURS at the tire shop because of their repeated installation errors. This is completely unacceptable, especially when these mistakes could have been easily avoided by simply paying attention to the tire sizes and verifying the proper placement before installation. What made the experience even more frustrating was the manager’s response. He was not helpful, and after the second mistake was discovered, he was essentially speechless. I have also contacted Mavis Tire’s Customer Care department, and I am still waiting for a response regarding this situation. At this point, I’m disappointed not only with the service at the Luling location but also with the lack of follow-up. If you have a vehicle with staggered wheels and tires, please double-check everything they do—or better yet, take your business somewhere else. I would NOT recommend Mavis Tire in Luling, Louisiana, for staggered tire installation. My experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
