    Run the other way they are extremely rude the lady at counter she would not give me her name she is a black woman with a gap.. Tried to do a claim on a car on me for previous damage. She went so far as to lock my account once I spoke to corporate they was very apologetic. I cam down from VA because my mother died I explained this to her she stated oh well I don't have nothing that I was an inconvenience to her because her vehicles are all reserved. The right thing would be talk to some with respect 1st then call another one and see. She cussed and came out the store after me. Don't use enterprise if u don't have to.

    The service was amazing in the person that gave me the vehicle rental was very professional. The car that I was driving was a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta. It was beautiful

    Well had a wreck so got me a nice truck until my car is fixed. Really great ppl working here.Ms. Gurpreet was wonderful. The nicest lady I met and very knowledgeable. She came and picked me up at the body shop my car was and then showed me 3 vehicles to choose from. She went above and beyond to help me while helping someone who was I training and assisting me as well. If ya need a rental try them out. And I sure love the truck!!!
