    I rented a car for one way to pick up at 12. I arrived early at 9 along with a lot of other people. There was one person working, Shandreka Atwater. She kept a smile on her face the entire time and was never rude with anyone. She told me since I had made a reservation at 12 it would just depend on if she had any dropoffs for me to get moving early. Which I expected. Only one working and it was packed with pickups and dropoffs. She was very professional and most definitely deserves a raise. The best customer service I have had in a very long time. Thank you!!!!

    Was a negative 10, not a 1. Enterprise put me in a bind and made my situation a whole worse and more expensive. And wouldnt even help, only said they could take a compkaint. I was stuck because of them. The agencies were nice but the company overall was terrible and left me out to dry sfter their own mistake.
