- JWJohn WhittleJun 27, 20265.0Didn't have the vehicle I had reservations to pick up but it wasent thier fault. The person didnt return the car in time and so I had a smaller one. The lady inside on a saterday was extremely nice and accommodating! She was to close at noon on a saterday but as people where still coming in she didnt turn them away. She smilled and did all she could to help them. People forgot that these service people have families too and want to maximize thier time with them. But she still helped the people coming in last min with a smile and great attitude! Thank you so much!

On the morning of the 25th they called and said they didn’t have any vehicles available and I wouldn’t be able to rent one. I made other arrangements then later I look at my account and they charged me for a vehicle I never rented because they said they didn’t have any available. I used to use enterprise exclusively. But now I want be using them since they charge you unavailable rentals.

Tried to do a claim on a car on me for previous damage. She went so far as to lock my account once I spoke to corporate they was very apologetic. I cam down from VA because my mother died I explained this to her she stated oh well I don't have nothing that I was an inconvenience to her because her vehicles are all reserved. The right thing would be talk to some with respect 1st then call another one and see. She cussed and came out the store after me. Don't use enterprise if u don't have to.
