I stopped in on a Sunday because my tire was leaking air. Taylor was so helpful. There was a long wait and he put air in the tire so that I could enjoy a lunch. Unfortunately, the tire was leaking at a rapid rate. I had to leave the vehicle. Upon returning,Taylor remembered me. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
The tech working on my car came to show me what caused the puncture. Then, they had me back on the road in no time (yay!).

This has been my go to spot for oil changes and tire rotations for a while now. I try to get there right at open so it doesn’t take too long. They are quick and if anything is wrong they tell you right away. The customer service can’t be beat.

OMG!!! Absoloutely amazing experience at the Mavis on Country Club Rd, Lake Charles. I was assisted by Jason and had all my concerns handled super fast! Jason even was super kind to inform me of additional safety concerns of other items on my vehicle. He is the best! Thank you Jason! (Short story: I had went to another shop earlier in the day for assistance and was superrrrrr dissapointed in their service. One of the representatives was a. exceedingly aggressive, b. would not provide the assistance I was requesting, and c. against my wishes brought in another individual which ultimately caused a huge scene in the shop, in front of customers. I had to politely pull my keys out of the store reps hands, because he refused to let me leave. It was by far the wildest experience and I abhor confrontation.) I called Mavis as I left that shop and was provided an appointment time, SAME DAY!! When I arrived at Mavis, Jason warmly greeted me, listened to my concerns, and provided great service. I am so sorry I did not come to Mavis firstðŸ˜
Lesson learned. Guys and girls if there is any car troubles you are having, take my word and go to MAVIS ON COUNTRY CLUB ROAD!!!!! Jason and the team are the best!!! As a 30yr female it is very difficult to go to an auto shop alone and be heard, but at Mavis, they actually listened to me. Thank you!

I want to give a huge thank you to Taylor for taking such good care of me and my car. I had an issue with my headlights being aimed completely wrong, and Taylor took the time to get them adjusted properly and make sure everything was right.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I even asked him if he was sure he didn’t want me to pay for his time, and he told me no that if I was happy with the service, a Google review would be appreciated. So here it is!
I’ve been coming here for my car needs for a long time oil changes, brakes, tires, and now headlight adjustments and I really appreciate having people I can trust to take care of my car.
