I had an hour until my dental appt. I expressed my concerns with the gentleman at the serv counter, Taylor overheard this and said he would personally change my oil so I could get to my appointment on time ,deeply appreciate this level of what ever it takes. Thank you Mr. Taylor you rock!

Lake Charles location: The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and had a great smile. They gave me a great price on all four tires and an alignment. I was also informed that I need tie rods replaced on all four wheels. I'll be having that work done elsewhere, not because of anything against the shop, but because I know someone who can do it for less.
The shop seemed a bit understaffed, and the wait time was fairly long. Fortunately, I was able to have someone pick me up while they worked on my vehicle. There was also a couple in the waiting area who had been there for over an hour and a half before work even began on their vehicle.
That said, this type of work isn't usually a quick process. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the staff's friendliness and pricing.

After a long day on the road with a low tire that was nearly flat on a Sunday when most places are closed, i was recommended and escorted to Mavis Tires and Brakes. The worker managing the place was very friendly and helpful despite business being busy and phone ringing a lot. They got me fixed up and on my way in a small amount of time, which was very impressive. Taylor, whom appeared to be managing the place, quite well i must add, had a very calm and friendly nature and was knowledgable of the situation despite the chaotic moment, which is very rarely encountered and those qualities reflect a very valuable employee. I most definitely will be referring my people to Mr. Taylor at Mavis Tires and Brakes.

I needed to get my tires rotated, and I’m glad I chose Mavis Tires and Brakes to do so. Jrome, as well as the other employees I interacted with, made me feel very at ease. I wasn’t hassled with any extra/unnecessary maintenance to my vehicle, and I was offered a really good price for the rotation. If I ever need any maintenance involving my tires, this place will be at the top of my list.

I brought my 2024 Chevy traverse in to get new brake pads in August of 2026. My display was reporting that my front brakes were operating at 18%. Mr. Jason was kind enough to call me and report that my brake pads did not need to be changed and that the issue was digital display. He recommended I reach out to the dealership to get my system reset and let me go free of charge. I appreciate his honesty! He could have easily replaced something that didn’t need to be replaced and charged me anyway. I will continue to support this business when it has customer service like this. Thank you Jason!
