- GGGeorgeOct 6, 20265.05 Stars — Exceptional Service! I’ve rented from Enterprise many times, but my recent experience at the Lake Charles, LA location was truly outstanding. After returning my vehicle, a very polite and helpful employee asked if I needed a ride and offered to have someone drop me off at my destination for free. The driver, a wonderfully kind and friendly woman, took me right where I needed to go. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but both team members were extremely professional, welcoming, and hospitable. This level of customer care is rare these days and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you so much for the fantastic service — I will definitely be back!

- JJJ JackJul 7, 20265.0Mrs. Delayna Goodley and her team (Max specifically) are the best!! They took care of me and my family on multiple occasions. She gave us amazing customer service! It was quick, she was resourceful, and made our experience 100/10! I will continue to return there and recommend anyone who would love to have an amazing rental experience to go there!
- AJAdam JJul 2, 20261.0The car we received had 50 mi to E and was filthy and had been smoked in. This was an insurance-provided and paid-for rental, but nonetheless, no one should be given cars in that condition.
