  Rented from Houston Hobby and drive to Westlake to visit. I've been stuck here since Wed. Missed my return flight 3 times and never got past halfway due to weather, late planes, idiots crashing and shutting down I-10. When extending my lease a 3rd time, the rep mentioned dropping at another airport and I could smell freedom again. The Hobby rep even waived the accompanying fee since my 2 day rental was now a 9 day rental. I'm dropping it off in 3 hour from this review and I am finally going home. Side note: the rep from Hobby said the charge goes to hea store. He said you would know what I mean Thanks Dee!

  Enterprise has now put me on a do not rent to list. Why? Because one of their employees damaged a car after we returned it and they want me to pay for it. I have given evidence that shows this was not me, but still here I am. Do everything you can to not rent through Enterprise, but if you must TAKE PICTURES before and after.

  Do not rent from Lake Charles Enterprise car rental. I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The vehicle provided to me was not properly inspected before being rented. The license plates on the car were expired as of February 2026, which is completely unacceptable and could have caused serious legal trouble. This reflects poor attention to safety, compliance, and basic customer care. On top of that, the business hours are extremely inconvenient. Opening at 11:00 a.m. does not work for customers who need early transportation. Overall, management needs to inspect vehicles more frequently and improve operating hours immediately

  Worse rental ever zach was absolutely rude hirrible customer service they will give u broken rental and claim its ur fault never rent here unless u want to get scammed….
