- JPJoshua “Mr. Grim” Peterson2 days ago1.0Did not have the suv reservation I reserved the day before. I’m a disabled veteran and driving small cars hurt. Downgraded to a Jetta because that was the only thing available and I am traveling to Austin. Car is filthy and smells like a wet dog. All other cars are apparently sold out. Gas tank was not full. As I was checking out the car to make my hotel checkout time an suv rolls in and they offer to let me rent it if I wait. There was a giant crack in the windshield. No… I will not rent from enterprise ever again.

- ABAlan BurgeJul 15, 20262.0Had an insurance claim and a car reserved. Arrived at 8am when they opened. A few people ahead so no big deal. I've rented before and know it goes quickly. Sign in went easily, but then had to wait for a vehicle to be cleaned. If its reserved, then why is it not cleaned? Finally get to see the vehicle and we're disappointed in the interior. Seats had stains, dirt and dust on most surfaces and every crack or crevice. It was raining so not sure about exterior scratches. The main issue was the busted windshield on the driver's side from the hood to the roof about 12" from the roof pillar. Which puts it about in your line of sight. This is an issue that would prevent a vehicle from being inspected. We had already been there 45 minutes trying to get this, so we made sure it was noted and we left. One other issue was the empty gas tank. Never had that happen. I realize the employees have all day, but customers dont work there and have to take off work to deal with this. If you get an opportunity to rent somewhere else then do it!!
