  We came into town for a funeral and broke our rear glass along the way. We called Tiger at 3:30, they got to us by 4:30, and had the window replaced and everything cleaned up by 5:30. The young man who helped us was named Colby. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very skilled at installing glass. I was really impressed with how he took his time and took apart every detachable piece to vacuum out the broken glass. That shows a man of character and integrity. I am really grateful that I can go back to focusing on the funeral.

  Although I haven’t had my passenger-side rear quarter panel glass replaced yet, if Jade is any indication of how the rest of my experience will go, I have complete confidence that I’m in great hands. Jade was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I had called several other places and kept getting the runaround. When I explained my situation, she took the time to go over my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was set up before we ended the call. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Jade exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience with her alone, I feel confident recommending Tiger Glass and look forward to having my repair completed.

  AMAZING! What got me to use them after calling around, was that Lynette was so incredibly sweet and caring and helped me out with a situation that I was panicking about. You can tell they really care about their customers. I had glass everywhere after the drivers side window was shattered on i49, and the front windshield was also damaged. They cleaned up all glass and changed it out for me with no problems. They are the best and I will be using them for any future needs. Thanks!!
