  I was checking for a car wash and found a deal at this take 5, the young man Daylan was super nice, helped me choose everything on the screen and was kind enough to add my sticker to my windshield. I love good service and nice people

  U can't scrub off the love bugs yourself. Staff does it. Only one person on the driver side and he barely brushed the driver side front for a few seconds because the truck was moving into the auto wash. Truck still has love bugs on the front and the rear bumper was half clean because of the same deal, driver side only prep.

  I had a great experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My service was quick and convenient, and my vehicle came out looking brand new !! I appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I have been a loyal customer of take 5 for years. I was driving through Lafayette and seen they had a car wash and decided to do my oil change and get a car wash after. Unfortunately when I went through the wash one of the brushes broke my antenna off. I asked to speak to a manager to make an incident report. She immediately tried to dismiss me and told me they were not responsible and I insisted on a report anyway. She filled it out and she said they would reach out within a few days. Weeks later and I have not heard a WORD. I have called their customer service number multiple times and get transferred or get out on hold for so long that the phone eventually hangs up. Super disappointed that a company that I’ve trusted with multiple vehicles for years doesn’t have the decency or urgency to get back to me. This has turned me off from both the car wash and oil changes.
