  Alberto, the new manager, was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was professional, informative, positive, and very attentive to all of our needs and concerns. It’s hard to find customer service like this nowadays! I’ll definitely be returning to this location thanks to the excellent experience he provided. Keep up the amazing work!

  Customer service for TAKE 5 is horrible. Over a month ago I get a text that they are going up on the Rate. No mention of when or how much. I tried to call the location and they never answer. tried online form. No answer. Tried cooperate and it took a month for me to get a call back from customer service who was only able to tell me oh we don't do anything or make any changes I have to now pass you info to the customer Care team. What horrible service. I'm sure I will get the same pre written response from the owner saying lets make this right and tell me to call. well they don't answer that phone. Don't ever give these people your CC because they will make it impossible to cancel or get any support.

  They did away with the bug cleaning station pre-wash. Not coming back. Also, this is not negativity towards any of the staff. This is directed at management.
