  The staff is always so friendly and helpful, whether it’s 10:30pm, 7:00am, or any time in between! This time we had a problem with one of the tires on our car, and they immediately swapped it for a different car, no questions asked, and we were back on our way in minutes.

  At the counter to pick up my reservation but they don’t have any cars. If only they knew I was coming. Wait, they did know as I made a reservation. Love standing and waiting for them to get a car and clean it.

  Absolutely terrible experience with National Car Rental. The car they gave me smelled heavily like cigarette smoke from the moment I opened the door. It was disgusting and made the entire trip miserable. For the price they charge, there is no excuse for handing customers a vehicle that smells like an ashtray. The car clearly was not cleaned or inspected properly before being rented out. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control and customer care. I expected much better and will seriously reconsider renting from them again.
