  My flight got in late delay the last flight and they supposed to wait for us to arrive to pick up the car rental but there was no one there. They just left customer and nobody was at the counter so we ended up have no rental car and call national headquarter they said they will reimburse for the Uber to the hotel and back to pick up the car next day. The worst customer service ever had if it was not corporate I will not use them for my personal traveling.

  I continue to be impressed with each National car rental. Having used a competitor for years I had no idea what truly great service looked like until switching to National. Highly, highly recommend!

  I rented a National car using my USAA credit card. It was a smooth, friendly and flawless experience.

  Complete garbage. Car rented and if you have any flight delays, don’t expect there to be anyone to be there. They will leave you high and dry. Laziness seems to be their motto. Better off using uber or Lyft.

  The staff is always so friendly and helpful, whether it’s 10:30pm, 7:00am, or any time in between! This time we had a problem with one of the tires on our car, and they immediately swapped it for a different car, no questions asked, and we were back on our way in minutes.
