  I scheduled a week ahead of time to have a vehicle there within my daily rental allowance with my insurance, and I was told they would have something for me. They called me the morning of drop off for my other vehicle, and they said the rental wouldn't be ready until 1pm, so I had to reschedule dropping my car off. I drove across town and got there for 12:45 and there was a hand written note that said "out to lunch back at 2:00", so I had to reschedule my car again. I showed up the next day and I ended up having to pay more per day than my insurance allowed because they told me "they weren't expecting me because I didn't show up" but they rescheduled me for 1pm and then left. The car smelled like cigarettes and it was dirty. There wasn't anyone there when I had to drop it back off either. I gave two stars because the employee that helped me was very nice but my overall experience was awful.

  The selection of vehicle was good. I commute in a luxury vehicle and was given a luxury vehicle. Unfortunately my car was still in the shop when I drop my rental vehicle. The young man behind the desk that assisted was very friendly an assertive about remedying and issues. The only bad part of this experience is the lack of technological acceptance was subpar. In Louisiana, LA Wallet is accepted as a form of proof, yet Enterprise is behind in this type of technology.

  i definitely will be going back any time i need to rent a car!!! love how friendly and professional the staff was and provided me with all the information i needed.

  The car got us there and back but it was dirty and sounded bad. Also the location I reserved the car didn't have one at the time I reserved it so I had to drive 20 miles to a different location just to get a car. It was not a good experience.
