  I wasn’t aware that enterprise would let me book to return to this location and they were closed. I booked a rental to return at 4:30pm on the website but wasn’t aware that they closed at 2:00pm. So, I was charged an extra day despite returning the car on the date I requested. Not sure why I was even able to book at this location if they were closed before my requested return time. I would have chosen a different location.

  The staff at Enterprise was great, very professional and courteous. Even with some of the issues that I did had with one of the cars that I rented (had to swap one vehicle because it wouldn’t go in reverse) they were very helpful with my issues. I would recommend Enterprise to my friends. I would like to thank the staff for all of their help. Great job!

  Terrible business. Charged us for Suv rate and we asked for small car. Refused to fix it. Called Ambassador caffery location several times and customer service. Also, took $300 out of our account and charged us for suv rate, making us lose days we needed.
