  I'd give zero stars if I could. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise ever again. First, it's a $400 deposit - which is outrageous. Second, they do not tell you that if if you're scheduled for a drop off after-hours (for some reason the drop off location closes at 1pm?!) that you get charged a full extra day. I dropped the car off 30 minutes before the drop off time stated in my rental agreement. It wasn't until after I called customer service multiple times that a representative told me that I should have added my rental agreement number and drop-off time to the keys - NOBODY TOLD ME THIS! So, because I didn't know I needed to do that, I was not refunded the full deposit even though I turned in a clean car with a full tank of gas ON TIME. I have now called customer service multiple times and still no resolution. My experience has been awful. I have used multiple other rental companies and have never had this kind of issue before. Renter beware.

  The Lafayette regional airport location is hands down the most efficient and professional location I have ever visited. They are fast and professiona. I have had issues with the other locations in Lafayette but the airport location was excellent.

  Enterprise is always quick, friendly, and easy to work with whenever I rent a car. Every experience I've had has been smooth and professional, with outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience.

  The current manager at the Lafayette Airport location, Nathaniel B, i believe is his name. Nathaniel does not take into consideration for those who take time to make reservations, to set aside the vehicles that we as customers request. This is the second time within 4 months, Ive made a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. When I get there to pick up my vehicle after 5:00pm. They dont have the vehicle that matches my reservation. This time thanks to Ariel, who compensated me for her managers screw up, made this recent rental experience more pleasurable than the last. I had to cancel my last trip because of the current managers incompetence (Nathaniel Blancher) and I was not compensated at all. I was told a manager/representative would contact me and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me as of this date May 25,2025. I was told the previous manager had quit on the day I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I think his the managers name. Unsure of the last name! Ariel needs to be rewarded for her customer service and ability to quickly rectify and resolve an unjust situation that she was put into due to her managers incompetence and refusal to follow a program that is already established by this location and is currently working and has your customers satisfied. Something needs to be done. So "YES" PLEASE CONTACT ME in reference to these to incidents. Respectfully Samuel Tidwell
