    I am stunned nearly beyond words. Carlos Rubio (Branch Manager) simply made my inconvenience, convenient. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and patient with every question I had. I was in and out without a hassle. Sincerely, best wishes to Carlos Rubio for making my experience at Enterprise one to remember and a reason to return if I ever need a rental again.

    I had an excellent experience from start to finish! the staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before leaving. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I needed. What stood out was the outstanding customer service, it truly felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend this location (Johnston st) and will be using their services again in the future!

    The online reservation isn't accurate with the vehicle's that you have on hand. So it's like making a reservation is useless. I've been a customer since 2002 2025 and 2026 has been a terrible experience with Enterprise and I've purchased Vehicles for my family in the past. Thank you, Blessings 🙏💙🙏
