  They tried to charge my company a $100 cleaning fee. Enterprise gave me a dirty car that smelled horrible, had pre-existing stains on the seats, beer bottles under the seats I couldn’t get out, and a broken horn that almost caused multiple accidents because I couldn’t warn careless drivers they were about to hit me. I had to take it because no other Enterprise in the entire area had a vehicle available. When I brought it to this location to swap it out for a safe car, they wanted $100 for a small piece of melted chocolate, a receipt, and vacuuming? I worked at Enterprise and it's part of your job to clean the car. That chocolate, receipt, and a Lemonhead do not equate to a $100 cleaning fee. I offered to show pictures of the dirty car from when I picked it up, but they claimed it was not about the stains and condition I got it in, but the console. The manager said, "Yeah, I am going to have to charge you the $100," without even asking if I wanted to wipe it myself or waiting for me to pull up the pictures. I had to rush to get there before 6 PM, so I did not have time to wipe it beforehand, but it took less than 2 minutes. I asked for the key back because I’m not going back and forth with anyone over a piece of chocolate. Enterprise had no problem handing me an unclean and unsafe car, but could not even wait for me to pull up my photos. Pictures attached, including the chocolate bar. And what took me 2 minutes to clean.

  Staff is excellent. Thank you especially to the young woman working who was very helpful and patient to set up my rental. The whole staff was very professional and attentive. Very glad I chose this location. It was a breeze for my two day car rental. I enjoyed the rental car because it drove so well and was so clean. Thanks again to their staff.
